After signing with Michigan in 2012, the fan base was ecstatic about what five star DT Ondre Pipkins could do for the defense and program moving forward. However, injuries, a lack of development and a coaching decision to not redshirt Pipkins put all of those expectations in question.
And now, those questions are Texas Tech and head coach Kliff Kingsbury’s to deal with after the top recruiting target had a messy break up with the new Wolverines coaching staff.
Questions about his health are still out there and will be the deciding factor in whether the Michigan doctors were right or wrong about his future.
