Wilson Lands his PWO Offer from Michigan

I’ve been talking with 2016 De La Salle (MI) ATH Tru Wilson for awhile now and have fully believed he was the most underrated/under offered recruit in the state. It amazes me that every MAC and lower/midlevel B1G school at least has yet to offer.

But Michigan has now given him a chance.

Though it’s a preferred walk-on offer, Wilson has the look of a player that would earn a scholarship later on down line. But will UM land him over a full offer from NDSU?

It’s possible. He received the PWO offer from Jay Harbaugh and the UM TE coach likes what he sees:

“He thinks I’m a guy that can really come in and compete for a spot and work hard enough to get a scholarship. He asked if I thought I should be a scholarship guy and I said yea of course,”

Everyone will have their eye on Michigan’s top targets heading into NSD and now there’s another name to watch closely.
