Michigan is heavily searching for a pass rusher for 2015 and their latest offer is out to Atlantic HS (Delray Beach, FL) defensive end Shelton Johnson.

Johnson is a force on the defensive line. He has the elite size and length to rush the passer, similar to current Wolverine Taco Charlton. In Michigan\’s defense, he would likely see time standing up as a rush linebacker and with his hand in the dirt while they\’re in the 4-3.

With the offer from DJ Durkin, Johnson has already planned his official visit to Ann Arbor this weekend. This is huge since he\’s at a big time position of need and will be on campus with several other top prospects, including Chris Clark, Damon Arnette and Roquan Smith.
