Dax Hill Flips from Michigan to Alabama

Well that is another huge blow to what looked to be a star studded 2019 recruiting class for Michigan. The staff just lost its top rated commitment in uber-talented five-star S Dax Hill, as he flipped to Alabama just weeks before he signs his Letter of Intent.

One of the best commitments of the Harbaugh era, Hill was seen as an immediate impact player with the starting free safety spot opening up in 2019. But the pull to Alabama, along with plenty of other factors, was clearly too much.

Hill’s decommitment right after RB Eric Gray’s has been devastating to the 2019 Michigan class but there are plenty of big name targets left on the board ahead of the Early Signing Period. That includes DE Zach Harrison, OT Trevor Keegan, WR Cornelius Johnson and LB Kalen DeLoach
