Alex Malzone Invited to the Elite 11 Finals

Team 136\’s quarterback commit, Alex Malzone, has been invited to the Elite 11 finals.

After showing out at the Elite 11 Regionals in Columbus, Malzone received a phone call from Trent Dilfer himself to tell him the good news. This is a big deal because this camp is where the best quarterbacks of the class go to see who is the best. So, the fact that Malzone has been invited (he was also invited to The Opening which is the Top 150 recruits in the country) shows that he was very underrated early on in the process and it seems that Michigan may have gotten themselves a steal.

As far as recruiting goes, he was congratulated by Michigan\’s possible next two commitments in TE Chris Clark and OT Grant Newsome.

If you\’re interested, the Elite 11 show is on ESPN this July. So, make sure you at least have your DVR\’s set so you can see how the future QB of Michigan football competes against the other top quarterbacks in the class of 2015.
