2017 DT Jay Tufele Lands his Michigan Offer

There may not be a bigger positional need in the 2017 class for Michigan than defensive tackle and, luckily, they look to be in good shape earlier on with several top targets, including their latest offered tackle Bingham (UT) DT Jay Tufele.

Tufele is ranked as one of the top defensive tackles in the class thanks to his size, athleticism and versatility. At 6’2” 280+lbs, he can play multiple positions on the line, including nose tackle and defensive tackle. He’d be a very nice fit in Durkin’s defense and looks like a very legit possibility to be a part of this class.
